Angel has over 24 years of experience in Aviation, both in the public and private sector. Senior Prior to starting his own consulting firm, he held the Vice President of Planning and Development position at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) making him responsible for the Airport Capital Improvement Program, Airport Development, and compliance.
Additional experience includes being Senior Aviation Project Manager for AECOM, and Assistant Airport Director – Planning & Engineering at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, He enjoys everything aviation has to offer, including the opportunity to mentor and inspire Junior High students in the Future City Competition and careers in STEM.
Angel has also been a chair/panelist/speaker for multiple aviation organizations such as TRB-ACRP and AAAE. Angel in an Accredited Airport Executive by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), International Airport Professional by Airports Council International (ACI) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
